Isle of Wight Pubs & Bistros still form the thriving centre of the Island’s market towns and charming villages. Whether you are in search of real ales or fine wines; or looking for hearty traditional pub grub or more contemporary cuisine, the Isle of Wight has a venue to suit everyone's taste. There are olde worlde pubs with beams and roaring log fires, inns in superb coastal locations providing a breath of sea air, and pubs with outdoor play areas and gardens. There are also plenty of stylish and contemporary bars on the Island providing a relaxed atmosphere. Blessed with some of the most beautiful locations in the south coast, you can enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the sea or cosy up by a fire with a winter warmer in a village pub. And then there’s the great homemade food and real ales, including the Island’s finest - Ale of Wight, Scrumdiggity and Duck’s Folly – to name but a few.

Many pubs pride themselves in serving products sourced from the Isle of Wight, including meat and dairy products, bread and seasonable vegetables.
