Book today and you can relax knowing you have the flexibility to transfer your holiday date at no extra cost, if your circumstances change due to the virus. Here's what you need to know...

Our relaxed booking terms and conditions are available for anyone booking from

If you make a reservation between the dates of:

1st March 2021 - 31st October 2021. you have the flexibility to change your holiday dates (within 2021) should the official government policy preclude you from taking your holiday.  

Deposits - Once the deposit has been paid it is non refundable. No deposits can be carried forward to the following year.

You can re-schedule your booking to an alternative date in the year (2021) to the value of what you paid for your holiday and have something to look forward to. 

If you wish to transfer your holiday to later in the year - Your deposit will be honoured for the duration of the current year.

Please note that if you select a lower priced break we will refund the difference minus a small administration fee.

Or if the cost of your stay is higher you will need to pay any outstanding difference.

Final Balances - Your final balance is only refundable if the holiday has to be cancelled due to Covid legislation ( proof of this will be required )

Covid closure - Should the holiday park have to close due to covid legislation - then all holidays booked during the 'closure period' will receive a full refund of all monies paid, or the holiday can be transferred to later in the year if required.

Ferry Charges - If you have to cancel your ferry due to covid legislation - the cost of the ferry would be refunded minus a £10 administration fee, or again we can transfer your holiday to later in the year.

- Please don’t travel if you have a high temperature, please call our reception on 01983 852 597 for alternative options in line with booking T&Cs
- Please use the hand gel and antibacterial spray provided
- Please ensure your hands are cleaned regularly with soap and water for at least 30 secs
- Please contact us by phone or email, unless essential - unfortunately access to reception is restricted
- If you feel unwell, please return home immediately. Once home let us know.
- Always observe social distancing around the Holiday Park
