TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
The person who signs the booking form must be over 18
years of age and will be responsible for the booking. Once the booking has been
made and the appropriate deposit paid, there will be no deposit refund. Should
the accommodation/pitch required (or a suitable alternative) not be available on
receipt of your deposit, a full refund will be given.
STATIC CARAVANS, APARTMENTS & ORCHARD LODGE
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is payable within seven days of a
telephone booking. The balance should be received NO LATER THAN SIX WEEKS prior
to your arrival date - please refer to ‘due’ date on your receipt form. Failure
to comply will result in the cancellation of your booking and the re-letting of
your caravan, without further notification.
INVENTORY
An inventory is displayed in each caravan. Any missing items or damage to the
caravan, must be reported to Reception, Broken items or damages to the caravan
must be paid for.
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation after payment of ‘final’ balance, notification
must be given as soon as possible (followed by confirmation in writing). Any
refund (minus deposit) will be subject to the re-letting of the
accommodation/pitch. Please see table below. For this reason we therefore
STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE - we will send the
relevant application form with your booking. We reserve the right to make an
administration charge of £5 for all alterations to bookings and ferry
reservations made at the request of the client.

CAMPING
A non refundable deposit of £50 a pitch per week is payable within seven days of
a telephone or email booking. The balance is required 4 WEEKS prior to your
arrival date - please refer to the ‘due’ date on your receipt. Failure to
comply, will result in the cancellation of your booking and the re-letting of
your pitch, without further notification.
SHORT STAY
If the cost of your stay is less than £50, please send the full cost of the
holiday, as NO deposit is required.
HEIGHT OF SEASON
Length of Stay: During the height of the season, the length of stay is
restricted to two weeks.
Single person occupancy: During the height of the season a minimum pitch fee for
two adults will be charged for the length of the stay.

GENERAL
Availability can be checked and a provisional booking made by telephone/email.
Once the booking has commenced NO refunds will be given
if you decide to leave early.
We do have an ‘Easy-pay’ scheme which operates between payment
of deposit and ‘balance due’ date. Payments (of not less than £50) can be paid
on a monthly basis by cheque or credit card (which will incur a £1 card charge). Please ask for details when arranging your
booking. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings that in our opinion may be
unsuitable, either by reasons of numbers, composition or false declaration. We
also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse or terminate the
stay on site of any persons causing a nuisance of any sort, or failing to comply
with any of the site rules or conditions of booking. In this event the hirer
shall remain liable to pay the hire price and no refund will be due.
Although every effort is made to ensure the price list and
correlating booking system is correct, the park reserves the right to change
prices and dates accordingly.
The current quoted prices include VAT at the current rate. If this changes during the
course of the year, we will re-invoice your holiday accordingly. If any new
taxes
or levies are introduced during the course of the year, we will re-invoice your
holiday accordingly - this also implies to ferry price increases. Verbal
quotations must be confirmed in writing by the company, whilst we attempt to
ensure that verbal quotations are accurate, they are given on a basis of ‘Errors
and Omissions Excepted’.
We reserve the right to send our employees into any
accommodation on the Park whilst let in order to inspect and carry out any
repairs that may be necessary. Guests should report any maintenance problems
immediately to reception and NOT attempt any remedial action themselves.
Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday Park, will not be liable for any personal injury,
loss or damage, direct or indirect, loss or damage to any property.
PAYMENTS
Cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday
Park Ltd. A £3 charge will be made for any returned cheques. Payments made by
debit/credit cards will incur a £1 charge per transaction.
FORCE MAJEURE
Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday Park Ltd. Shall not be liable for non-performance
of any of its obligations under this agreement. If such non-performance shall
occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control which shall include (but
not be limited to) industrial dispute, fire, floods, riots, adverse weather
conditions, civil disturbances, epidemics or health risks or such similar
events.
COMPLAINTS
If guests experience any problems or have any complaints during their stay, they
should in the first instance, bring this to the attention of Reception, where it
shall be dealt with as sympathetically as possible. Please note that in order
for us to investigate and implement corrective action whenever necessary, the
Company cannot deal with complaints made verbally or in writing after a guest
has left the park.
