Pitches are booked on a nightly basis from 1.00 p.m. on arrival to 11.00
a.m. on departure. Pitching is not permitted before 12 noon or after 21.00
hrs. If at all possible, please make sure you have breathable groundsheets.
Service pitches offer 10 amp electricity; please ensure your electrical
appliances have been tested before use onsite. In order to restrict the
spread of fire there should always be a 3 metre clear space between
ancillary equipment. Calor/camping gas is available to purchase from
reception. The proprietors reserve the right to re-allocate pitches if and
as necessary. |
Caravans

 Our static caravans are situated within a walled orchard - consist of 4 & 6 berth (2/3bedrooms). Each unit has a TV.
N.B: DVD’s or Video Players are supplied in certain units only. Certain statics are fully centrally heated, others have hot air circulation heating, others have gas or electric wall mounted fires in the lounge area. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, microwaves in certain units only. All accommodation is provided with duvets and pillows, linen is NOT provided, sets can be hired if required, please see booking form. Towels and T.Towels are not supplied. There is NO access for cars into the orchard as it is a traffic free area, trolleys are provided to transport your luggage to your caravan. Please ask for assistance if needed. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition when vacated, any breakages or damage to the unit will be replaced or paid for on departure. Lost keys will incur a £10 charge. We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning incurred after your departure. The proprietors reserve the right to re-allocate caravans if and as necessary. |
Apartments

| Our two 3 bedroom apartments (Folly East and Folly West) are situated above the bar/lounge complex and are accessible via external staircases. Both have spacious lounges with a TV and DVD player. Both are centrally-heated and are fully comprehensive, all bedding and linen is provided. Towels and T.Towels are not supplied. |
Orchard Lodge

| Our two bedroom lodge is situated within a walled orchard – It has a TV and DVD player and is centrally heated and fully comprehensive, with a modern spacious open plan interior and a sliding door on the main bedroom to aid easy movement. All bedding and linen is provided, Towels and T.Towels are not supplied. Level pathways surround the lodge for easy wheelchair access. A designated parking space is allocated close to the lodge. |
| Swimming Pool - 18 metres
x 7.5 metres |
 Open from 8.00 am. to 9.00 p.m. and tested
daily for purity (8.00a.m - 8.30 a.m. adult swimming only). Swimming aids only
allowed . we regret LILOS, BOATS, LARGE RINGS etc. are not permitted in the
pool for safety reasons. The pool is UNATTENDED and parents are responsible
for their children AT ALL TIMES around the pool area. As a family site, we
do request swimmers to be considerate of others whilst using the pool. The
proprietors reserve the right NOT to open the pool before Spring Bank
weekend and after the first week in September. |

| For children up to 12 years of age only.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children are using
the equipment for the use of which it is intended. Parents/guardians are
responsible for the safety and good behaviour of their children at all
times. Children must not be left unaccompanied on the park. The play area is
UNATTENDED and parents are responsible for their children at all times. |
| Bar & Family
Entertainment Room |
The bar will close at 11:00pm and any
entertainment offered will cease at 11:00pm. Children under 14 years are NOT permitted in the BAR area - but
are allowed in the family entertainment room adjoining the bar, accompanied
by an adult.
Residents are requested to keep the noise level down to a minimum after 11.30
p.m.
The Bar is NOT open all year, please enquire about opening times when
booking. |
| Dogs |
| Dogs are permitted in certain caravans -
maximum two at one time - customers must ensure that numbers are specified on the
booking form, also owners are responsible for their dog(s) actions at all
times. Dogs are NOT allowed on the soft furnishings in any of the
accommodations or in the bedrooms. Dogs
must NOT be left unattended at any time during your stay. Pets are NOT
permitted in NON - pet units at any time of the year. There is NO dog
walking area onsite, dogs must be exercised off site (information given on arrival).
If damage is caused to the accommodation by your dog during your stay,
compensation will be required. Dog payment is not refundable. |

| Open according to demand from Spring Bank
holiday to First week in September for everyday essentials. Including fresh
bread, milk and daily papers. Before and after this period open at the
proprietors discretion |
| Laundry Room |
| Situated close to the shop with
coin-operated washing/drying/ironing facilities, an additional drying area adjoins the
camping field. We regret no washing lines are permitted in the orchard or
suspended from caravans/tents etc. on the camping field. Drying frames for
statics are
available to hire from the reception. The laundry is NOT open before April
or after October. |

| SPECIAL NEEDS -
ACCESS STATEMENT |
| Some areas of the park may not be suitable
for guests with mobility aids, as there are steps and gradients to certain
units. Please mention at the time of booking, and we will be able to advise
you accordingly. An Access statement is available from our website, or we
can send a copy in the post to you. |

 Other
than school/club parties by special arrangement, single sex groups are only allowed out of season.
Visiting relatives/friends are requested to make their presence known at
reception. For insurance and Health & Safety purposes, we regret visitors are unable to use the
swimming pool. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse or terminate the
stay on site of any person(s) causing undue noise/disturbance to others.
No
park facilities are available before April or after October.
